Allyn Associates, Realtors was founded in 2002 by Fred Allyn III and Fred Allyn Jr. - a father, son team. Licensed real estate brokers since 2002 and 1966 respectively, both Fred III and Fred Jr. are active in the national commercial real estate market, while Fred III is also involved in residential sales and has earned his GRI designation in real estate. The company has grown from the two founding brokers to a staff of eight; additionally, we expanded in 2003 - with great success - into the residential real estate segment.
In 2008, CENTURY 21 Anchor Associates, an old friend in Rhode Island real estate and Allyn and Associates joined forces to form the new CENTURY 21 Allyn-Anchor Associates. New history is being made as the two companies bring together local history, local knowledge, and local experience to form a company with offices covering the residential and commercial real estate markets from New Lodon to Narragansett to Norwich and points North.
The new CENTURY 21 Allyn-Anchor Associates is a state of the art 21st century company that knows its roots are its people. With 30 agents in our Westerly and Norwich offices and a third Stonington office openning in August we are proud of our affiliation with America's most well known real estate company, Century 21. Like all firms in the Century 21 system, CENTURY 21 Allyn-Anchor Associates will continue to be independently owned and operated, but shares the market power and benefits of affiliation with the world's largest residential real estate sales organization.
